It's like "Time Share," but this idea is very good. U can take back the land after 25 yr lease ends! Also, including the house built? I think so! That's A great Idea for us, since our adult sons, doesn't want to live in Ph., they will just give/donate the house built back to the leasing Owner! We're still thinking, 'coz we R not in our retirement age yet! But will consider it, when the time arise, when we decide to take a vacation there and see folks in person! Just like Airbnb. Don’t let people live your property for free . You don’t know , one day you are the stranger in your own property .
